Grow together is a great way to increase your physical activity or make your workouts more fun. Challenge yourself and your friends by joining or creating rooms where you can get points for exercising!
How does it work?
While creating a room you can choose from a variety of exercises or workouts, put together by our team or add your own – get creative! Each exercise has a certain amount of points which you gain by completing the exercise. Make it a workout or do a few exercises randomly throughout the day .
Invite friends to your room or join theirs so you could compete! You will agree on how the competition works - Whoever has the most points at the end of a day or reaches the certain threshold that was decided upon - wins. The only limit is your imagination. It’s a great way to be more active while having a little game going on with your friends
