Ultra Dog has provided a 3rd party free pet insurance to cover your Ultra Dog in those situations that are unforeseen.
The process is as follows:
Navigate to the Ultrasure menu item;
Step 1: Add Your Ultra Dog in the Pets Tab
Step 2: Add your recent purchase in the Purchases tab
Look up the Product your have purchased with the “look up” button.
Step 3: Take a clear photo of your Receipt of purchase
Step 4: Submit and navigate to the Transaction page to see your purchase and how much food you should be feeding your dog.
*Upon Registration, you will need to feed your dog Ultra Dog food for 30 days to become compliant from date of registration
