WEEF-GEDC 2018

WEEF-GEDC 2018, the joint annual summit of the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES) and the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC).
This prestigious event, held for the first time in the United States, features the VIII World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF), the X Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) and the XIV Global Student Forum (GSF). This is the largest engineering education gathering in the world and brings together a large number of stakeholders, including engineering educators, leaders, students, industry, governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, etc., to learn, share, and build fruitful and long-term collaborations. The conference theme is Peace Engineering.
The University of New Mexico School of Engineering, in conjunction with the Ibero-American Science and Technology Education Consortium (ISTEC) and the Global Innovation Network for Entrepreneurship and Technology (GINET), will host the combined WEEF-GEDC-2018 event.
