We all sometimes suffer from pessimism maybe from work, life or study, even from the weather, and the negative thoughts may sometimes be threats for our health, physical and spiritual. There are difficulties need to be overcome indeed, but what we need to overcome most is ourselves. We have to fight against our struggles and upsets through some ways, besides travelling this kind of relax which requires money and time, appropriate exercise like yoga can pull you out of the negative thoughts, and this would be much much better than shopping or eating.
This gentle yoga poses and meditation training contains several parts: meditation, cobra, lotus pose, seated forward, shoulder stand, fish pose and basic twists.
Tips for the workout:
1. Indulge yourself in the gentle music and start meditation; 2. Try to see yourself and convincing yourself to drop your pessimistic ideas; 3. Focus on your breath when practicing this class; 4. Do not worry if you cannot work out some pose after try your maximum, take it easy.
