Better than dancing and exercising at the same time with a group of people wearing the same pace and enjoy an hour of good music while you sweat.
That is the bailoterapia, one of the first exercise routines that innovated the world of Zumba gym before or Power Bike.
And although few years has practiced the dance therapy it is still used and renewed with new steps, techniques and exercises.
It is a combination of aerobics which means that you use the whole body, mainly Latin dance steps. However, there are dances and pop, electronic music and different genres that have adapted to the session and the tastes of people.
With bailoterapia you not only burn fat and tone up your legs, but also improved social relations that requires teamwork where everyone is constantly motivating each other to make the session effective.
Obviously these motivations and cries of strength, increase the mood of those who dance, entertain and de-stress at the same time.
