Based upon their surgery date, users will receive post-op notifications with tips for a successful recovery, as well as important information like daily fluid-intake goals and reminders for key follow-up appointments. Users can connect with MyFitnessPal to track their food intake and can track their weight in the SMH Bariatrics app, to make sure they are hitting important targets.
Prior to surgery, patients can use the app to learn more about the SMH Bariatrics program, the Bariatrics team and the types of surgeries we offer. No matter what stage of your weight-loss surgery journey you’re in, SMH Bariatrics App can help you achieve your goals!
