The application is to help remove pain arising out of spondylitis, arthritis, back pain and other back problems.
There is degeracy and no permanent cure is offered for Spondylitis and back pain. The patient continues to be on medication lifelong wasting his hard earned money and suffering from pain. Due to pain, sleep is affected and this adds to the problem and also becomes a cause for further diseases.
We just suggest few exercises and yoga, some simple rules to follow so as to overcome the problem without any medicine and relieve the pain. Also, these exercises go a long way in curing other problems related to aging.
